Karri Valley is situated in Western Australia's South West region, approximately three and a half hours south of Perth, just off the Vasse highway. Set 22km out of Pemberton, the Karri Valley Triathlon is set among the towering Karri forests, which have become an attraction for many visitors to Western Australia. Triathletes are drawn to the region for the opportunity to swim in the clean, fresh water lake, ride among the towering Karri forests and to run along winding bush trails.

Set on the picturesque banks of Lake Beedelup, the Karri Valley Triathlon has become one of the premier events on the Western Australian Triathlon calendar. Since it's debut in the 2003/2004 season, KVT has rapidly grown to be one of the most popular events in WA, proving to be a fantastic getaway for triathletes and their families. Given TWA Series Race status in 2005 the event flourished further, with double the number of entrants from the previous year. The competition was also hotly contested, with both the long and short course distances won in impressive times.

For on-site accommodation, please contact the Karri Valley Resort .
